Vladimir was a nuclear physicist professor for over 30 years in Russia and Texas.
He had many talents and worked for several companies throughout his life which included: Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore, Sunbeam Appliances in Houston, the State Highway Department in Texas, Howard Johnson’s restaurant, Houston Belt and Terminal RR, TDCJ, Carey Limousine Service and Conroe Funeral Directors.
Doug was full of wit and had a great sense of humor.
He was born in 1942 in Kilgore, Texas and was the middle son to Wayne and Thelma Clute.
Doug will receive full military honors from the Conroe 4709 VFW for his dutiful service in the Army during the Vietnam era.

Roger will be laid to rest on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society in their dad’s name.He really enjoyed telling corny jokes and making people laugh.Doug was a rock-steady man who was thoughtful, generous and extremely loyal to his family and friends.
